01Who processes your data

02What we collect

We only collect what you enter into the forms on this website.

Message form: full name, company name, industry, phone, email, what you need and your message.

Consultation booking: meeting format, day and time, full name, phone, what you need and a short description.

Cookies: only those needed for the site to work, and analytics only with your consent.

03Why we use it

We use your data to reply to you, confirm appointments and send quotes. We don’t send marketing messages, sell data or share it for marketing.

04Legal basis

We process data based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking requests that did not lead to work together: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.

Client data: for as long as we work together, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

Analytics: up to 14 months, without data that identifies you.

06Who has access

Only members of our team access your data. It is stored technically by our hosting and email providers, with whom we have data processing agreements.

07Your rights

To find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.

To ask us to correct inaccurate data.

To ask us to delete your data or restrict processing.

To withdraw consent at any time.

To file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

08How to request deletion

Send an email to kontakt@cybsolution.com with the subject “Data deletion” and include the name and phone number or email you entered in the form. We delete the data and confirm within 30 days.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
