Every project goes through the same steps. You talk to the same person from start to finish.
Free consultation
We meet in person in Belgrade or Novi Sad, or talk online. We discuss your business, your clients and what you want to achieve. The conversation puts you under no obligation.
Quote
Within 24 to 48 hours we send a written quote: exactly what we will do, how long it will take and what it will cost. Every item is listed, with no hidden costs.
Deposit and kickoff
Once you accept the quote, you pay a 50% deposit and we start work. You receive a plan with deadlines.
Build
A business website takes about 3 weeks, and an online booking system about 6 weeks. Along the way we show you progress and include your feedback.
Handover
We review everything together, show you how to use it and put the site live. You then pay the remaining 50%.
Maintenance
We take care of hosting, security and changes. Whenever you need something, you contact the same person as before.
